About Stephanie

Stephanie Lesperance, Ed.D. is the Founder and Principal Consultant of GRL Solutions. Her career has centered on expanding opportunity through education, partnership, and systems change.

She has led complex initiatives connecting schools, colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, state agencies, employers, funders, and community partners around shared goals for students, families, and communities.

Her work includes organizational leadership, program development, strategic planning, leadership development, partnership building, grant strategy, and the design of large-scale education and workforce initiatives.

Stephanie brings both a strategic and practical perspective to her work. She understands how to build a vision—and how to navigate the relationships, funding, leadership, implementation, and organizational realities required to bring that vision to life.
